Grant Administration

The Non-Profit Grant Administration initiative allows the Foundation to be used as the non-profit vehicle for teachers and community members to apply for specific grants to support public educational programs and services in Tracy. When it is most feasible and practical to use an independent community based organization, the Foundation can serve as the non-profit sponsor for such grants, adding more avenues for educational program development in our community.

Under the Non-Profit Grant Administration program, grants are not limited to the Foundation's priority target areas, although the Foundation reserves the right to determine that the grant request is consistent with the Foundation's purpose. Applicants are responsible for grant preparation, coordination, performance and grant preparation costs. The Foundation will monitor and ensure that charitable reporting, and grant financial management and administration requirements are met as required by the funding agency.

The Foundation does not charge for this service if administrative oversight requirements are not significant.
