About the TRAQC Educational Foundation (TEF)
The TRAQC Educational Foundation (TEF) is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable foundation formed in 2000 to provide direct benefit to public education services and programs in Tracy. Since the Foundation was formed in the fall of 2000, it has provided over $60,000 in direct classroom and program grants through 7 grant cycles and issued the Tracy History Coloring Book and Tracy Nature Activity Fun Book .
The TRAQC Educational Foundation is run by a volunteer Board. Current Board Members are:

- Jean Ronneberg, Teacher (Retired), Poet-Christian Elementary School
- Gloria Saltzman, Teacher (Retired)
- Mercedes Silveira, Bilingual Education Coordinator, Tracy Unified School District (TUSD)
- Irene Sundberg, Community Member
Foundation Members help develop community support and outreach. Current Foundation Members are:
